to the Capital District Chapter of Certified NYS Football Officials
Our organization provides football officials for Section II teams in the Albany/Amsterdam/Schenectady/Troy area in the Capital District of the State of New York.
This site contains materials designed to improve our ability to serve the youth of the Capital District as they participate in the sport of football. Officiating is an extremely rewarding experience as the sport of football teaches our young people discipline, humility and teamwork. Officials provide a stabilizing influence in this popular sport. Updates to the Executive Committee
Steve Ludwin has been named the new CDFOA Secretary-Treasurer and Varsity assignor, on an interim basis, until next fall when elections are held.
Thanks to all of you that donated to support the family of Matt Shell in their fight against the cancer that has stricken Matt's son. We were able to donate $1200 as an association to this cause.
